Mission Statement
The mission of the Collin County Historic Preservation Group, Inc., a nonprofit 501(c)3 organization, is to:
(1) promote the preservation the historical heritage of Collin County and North Texas,
(2) develop or assist in the development and support for Collin County historical museums and historical education programs,
(3) preserve and publish historical documents and records,
(4) locate, identify and protect structures or sites of historical significance in the Collin County area and
(5) identify and support the preservation of all historical resources of Collin County and the North Texas region;
all while working in conjunction with other Collin County historical organizations for the education, enjoyment and appreciation of current and future generations.
